If something is not working, or you simply cannot find what you need, write to us and a person will read it. LumynFi is a personal-finance organizer, so we can help you with the app, your account and your data. We cannot tell you what to do with your money, and we will never ask you for your bank login or your card details.

Email info@lumynfi.com. Please tell us the email address on your account, which device you are using (iPhone, Android or the web), and what you expected to happen instead of what did. A screenshot helps more than anything else. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.

Signing in

I forgot my password

Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we will email you a code to set a new one. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us.

I never received my verification code

Codes expire after 30 minutes and can only be used once. Request a fresh one from the verification screen. If codes never reach you, your mail provider may be filtering them, so email us from the address on the account and we will verify you by hand.

I signed up with Google

Accounts created with Google have no password. Use the Google button to sign back in. If you first signed up with an email and password and later used Google with the same address, both routes lead to the same account.

Premium and billing

LumynFi is free to use, and Premium is optional. On iPhone, Premium is sold through the App Store, which means Apple handles the payment and the billing, not us. We never see your card.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Open your App Store account settings, go to Subscriptions, and choose LumynFi. Cancelling there stops the next charge and you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends. Because Apple manages the billing, we cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.

Refunds

Refunds for a purchase made in the App Store are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no way to issue one from our side.

I paid but Premium is not showing

Open the upgrade screen in the app and choose Restore Purchases. That asks Apple for your purchase again and unlocks Premium on the account you are signed in to. If it still does not appear, make sure you are signed in to the LumynFi account you bought it on, then write to us.

Your data

LumynFi never connects to your bank. Everything in the app is what you typed in or scanned, which means there are no banking credentials for anyone to lose. How we collect, protect and keep your information is set out in our privacy policy, and the measures behind it are described on our security page.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings inside the app, or from our delete-account page if you no longer have it installed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first. If you have an App Store subscription, cancel it in your App Store settings before you delete, because deleting the account does not stop Apple's billing.

Reporting a problem with AI content

LumynFi uses AI to summarize the numbers you have entered. Summaries are generated automatically and can be wrong. Every insight carries a Report control, so if one is inaccurate or inappropriate, flag it there and it reaches us directly. Nothing in the app is financial advice.
